| When opening Tenant Pro 7, I get an error that says "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime." How can I fix this? |
| Answer / Solution |
Tenant Pro 7 requires that your Date/Time settings be set to standard American time settings. If you are in a different country, you may have your Date/Time settings set differently. If you experience the following error, this is more than likely the cause:
To correct this, you must change your Date/Time settings to be the same as this:
To access these settings in Windows XP, click Start > Control Panel > Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options > Regional and Language Options. Then select the Date tab or Time tab to select the settings.
To access these settings in Windows Vista or Windows 7, click Start > Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Change the date, time, or number format.
