Question / Issue
I updated one of my PCs in Tenant Pro and now my other workstations won't open, how do I fix this?

Answer / Solution

When updating Tenant Pro 7 (SQL & Access) it is always necessary to update ALL computers using Tenant Pro. If you are not able to launch tenant pro because you are recieving an error that your version of Tenant Pro is obsolete or just cannot launch Tenant Pro, then follow these steps:

  1. On your Windows desktop, select Start
  2. Then select All Programs> Tenant Pro 7 (SQL)> Tenant Pro Misc. Tools

  3.   After selecting Check for Updates, the updater should launch

  4.   Follow the prompts for the updater and repeat for each computer with Tenant Pro 7 installed.

  5.   If the updater fails, it will be necessary to reinstall the application. You may download the most     recent version here: http://www.tenantpro.com/downloads/
