Full compatibility testing is not yet complete for Tenant Pro 7 with the new Windows 7 operating system. If you choose to install the software on this operating system, please refer to the installation instructions provided for the Windows VISTA operating system; with the exception that instead of turning UAC's (User Account Controls) off you will instead need to set them to the lowest possible level or "Never Notify". 

Also, please note that only the latest version of Tenant Pro 7 will operate with Windows 7.  Please install using the latest installer which can be downloaded at http://www.tenantpro.com/downloads and do not use any older installation cd's.

If you encounter an issue, technical support will troubleshoot your issue normally.  If this issue is found to be the result of operating in this environment, we will make our development team aware but a resolution for the issue may not be available in a timely manner.
